Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) on Purchasing Decisions at AMDK 3V KPRI UNM. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 100 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 to prove the five hypotheses. The results showed that the t count of the product variable had a significant effect of 3.333 > t table of 1.985. The price variable is not valid but has a significant effect with a t-value of -4.003 < t-table of 1.985. The promotion variable has a significant effect with a t count of 3.371 > t table of 1.985. The place variable has a significant effect with a calculated t value of 3.284 > t table of 1.985. Based on the F test simultaneously on product, price, promotion, and place variables on purchasing decisions on 3V bottled water consumers with F count of 10.832 this shows F count (10.832) > F table (2.467) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the study prove that the product, price, promotion and place variables together have an influence and are significant on the purchasing decision variable (dependent) on AMDK 3V.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media marketing and price on thrift product purchasing decisions and their impact on customer satisfaction at the Youth Thrift Market in Palu City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 80 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and processed using Smart PLS version 3.0. The scale used in this study is the Likert scale. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics which consists of direct and indirect influence variables and is supported by Patrial Least Squares (PLS) which consists of two approaches, namely Outer Model and Inner Model analysis. The results of this study indicate that significantly social media marketing Instagram has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, social media marketing Instagram has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. There is a positive but not significant influence between Instagram social media marketing on consumer satisfaction and price on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable leadership style (X1), cultural organization (X2), organizational climate (X3) and the work environment (X4) towards employee performance in PT. Kayu Mebel Indonesia. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 139 respondents who are employees of PT. Kayu Mebel Indonesia. With this method of data processing using SPSS program and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with methods of simple random sampling. From the test results simultaneously with the F-test indicate the presence of significant between the independent variables with the dependent variable. From the partial test, leadership style (X1) significantly affects employee performance, culture organization (X2) did not significantly affect employee performance, organizational climate variables (X3) do not significantly affect employee performance. Work environment variables (X4) significantly influence employee performance. Leadership style variable (X1) and the work environment variable (X4) partially effect the employee's performance (Y). Among the four variables that have the dominant influence on employee performance is the work environment (X4).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of job training, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee professionalism at work. The sample in this study were 79 employees at the Bangkalan Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The data processing application uses SPSS version 22. The results show that simultaneously by using the F test, the variables between job training, work discipline, and organizational commitment affect employee professionalism, while partially by using the t test, job training variables, work discipline, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee professionalism at KPP Pratama Bangkalan

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the work environment, the quality of human resources and leadership style on employee performance at work. The sample in this study were 79 employees at the Bangkalan Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment variables, the quality of human resources and leadership style have an effect on employee performance, while partially the work environment variables, the quality of human resources and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance in the Bangkalan Tax Service Office.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana mengelola keuangan dan meningkatkan peluang dalam mencapai kebebasan keuangan. Perilaku keuangan mempelajari bagaimana manusia berperilaku secara aktual dalam sebuah penentuan keuangan, khususnya mempelajari bagaimana psikologi mempengaruhi keputusan keuangan, perusahaan dan pasar keuangan. Gaya hidup disebut juga cerminan diri seseorang yang diiringi dengan berubahnya perilaku ke arah trend yang sedang berkembang, serta masuk ke dalam kebutuhan sehari-hari. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan explanatory research. Variabel independen dapat mempengaruhi variabel dependen dan variabel dependen dapat dipengaruhi variabel independen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian akan dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan teknik probability sampling secara simple random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara simultan atas perilaku keuangan mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze to determine the age segmentation of donors on demand for donations in the Human Initiative. Where are legal institutions that form a community to collect donations, which can be accessed through social media and make it easier for the community to channel aid. The Human Initiative moves to help in the form of social activities, and distributes assistance to underprivileged communities, or communities affected by natural disasters in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method which makes it easier for readers to find out the actual donor data, and is processed using an average calculation to find out the final result. with a sample collection technique taken from some of the donor data in 2019-2020 and 2021-2022, of course the population in the Human Initiative. In the calculation results in 2019-2020 age segmentation from 20-60 years, the results show that the average age of donors is 32, and the calculation of age segmentation in 2021-2022 with ages from 20-50 years, resulting from an average age of 32 years . Thus, it can be said that at 4 years, the age segmentation of Donors is in the interest of Donation with an average age of 32 years.

Abstract

The provision of digital marketing training to SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) perceived as technologically lagging often simplifies the complexity of marketing. The focus on technology operation sometimes neglects crucial aspects of more substantial marketing. Through literature review, this paper attempts to explore the situation related to the reduction of marketing complexity by technology in the context of the phenomenon and strives to synthesize an idea within the framework of strategic marketing as a way out of the current issues. SMEs, as businesses, face various complex issues that require in-depth understanding, such as financial management, production, human resources, strategic planning, quality assurance, and marketing. However, the solutions offered are often reductive, treating technology as an instant solution. This occurs due to a lack of planning and evaluation in digital marketing. The academic community's community engagement teams sometimes overlook the needs of SMEs and impose technocratic training, merely to fulfill academic obligations. This phenomenon is referred to as a technopoly culture, where technology is perceived as an authority without considering real issues. A reorientation of goals is needed through strategic thinking in digital marketing training to avoid reductionism. This paper proposes the concept of Strategic Thinking to help identify needs, adapt approaches, measure success, and involve relevant stakeholders to create a significant impact on SMEs' development in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Nusantara Plantation XIV Makassar City. The population in this study were all permanent employess, totaling 109 employess. The number of samples us was 53 people using random sampling theory. Data collection techniques are used by using questionnaire description and dissemination methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using stastical product and service solution 25 (SPSS). The results of this study show that the two independent variabeles, namely work discipline (X1) have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) and work motivation(X2) have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) while work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a simultaneous positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y).
